Sending other peoples statements to me

On 26/3 I phoned Nedbank Home loan call centre to request a statement on my home loan for a specific period (Call ref 62107138). The following day, I received 2 statements from Rene van Vollenhoven, 1 being statements on my account for the incorrect dates and the second being statements for another customer, MR ER Radine. On 12/4 I phoned the call centre again, spoke to Shantel (Call ref 62352114) who, after struggling to understand my request, said she will send me the statement before close of business. I received it 4 days later and it's for the wrong bond account! I phoned again on 16/4 to speak to a call centre manager, but the agent did not want to put me through but instead 'took my complaint to her supervisor'. I can not believe how incompetent the call centre agents are. It is unacceptable to receive personal highly confidential statements of another client and having to phone 3 times to get 1 simple statement on the correct account for the correct period. And then I'm not able to speak to a manager??? Pathetic! Who knows to who they are sending MY statements to. I want feedback from Nedbank on this complaint.
