Two months ago I queried my account with MTN service provider by calling the 808 help line number. They claim I used a data account to the amount of R3000 even though a cancelled the contract. I called in to have this amount verified and they told me that they cannot verify the charge since the number was suspended due to the contract cancellation. MTN informed me that the billing department has a backlog and will contact me with information. I insisted on talking to the supervisor but they too couldn't help me. The manager at this company is too cool to attend to the customer's, since I've been struggling with the supervisor I requested to talk to the manager but was told he does not answer customer calls. They will send him/her an email with my complaint and he/she will call me back. I'm still impatiently waiting. 18/12/2013 I received a message warning me to pay my outstanding balance or my number will be suspended, (the number which I paid by the way) they are going to suspend a number that I paid for a number that they can't even verify because the contract was cancelled. I'm still waiting for my query to be attended to (It hasn't been resolved, called today @10:12am)
