Delay with my refund

I spoke to a call centre agent on Monday 11 November regarding a refund of R1978.07 which is due to me. The consultant did not ask me for bank statement although I told him that I have changed my account to a different bank. He took my banking details and told to expect payment within 48 hours. 48 hours later, no refund in my account - I phoned again and spoke to 2 people - and was told I cannot be refunded because they need bank statements, he gives me the email address [Email Removed] I sent the bank statement, with my account number in the subject line - an hour later I receive an email saying I must resend my statement with my account number! I called and spoke to Cheryl and after a long battle am told that the refund will be paid with 48hrs (again). 48hrs later 15 Nov no money in my account, I phone and speak to Lungile who says there is no record of my 13/11 conversation and statements, - what kind of customer care takes place here- all I want is my refund to fight for it- MFC does not care with its clients- whoever is supposed to read emails clearly cannot read - I do not owe MFC- they must just pay what is due to me and stop their silly games - why Nedbank has MFC, beats me
