Client for over 10 years, just dumped to the side!

As I am a very loyal Vodacom subscriber with 4 contract with Vodacom for over 10 years. I was very shocked to hear i was not able to get my upgrade, (even though being a premature upgrade due to my current phone being completely damaged) due to the new "PROFILING SYSTEM" Vodacom has on there system. Not only am i spending just short of R4000 a month on my contracts, but NO one even has an answer for me. So here i am trying to actually move to a higher contract than i am currently on, as i use my phone for business. But i get told i would need to go on a contract more than half the size smaller than i am currently on! From a Business talk 500 to a Talk 200.
I think this is completely disgusting and out of order, as no one was made aware of this "FANTASTIC" profiling system, not even there own stores.
When someone who is a loyal customer and pays there account just gets turned away!
