Additional contract was taken out with them in November 2013 and after 2 months without any notification they block one line due to account not being paid so they said. After numerous discussion over the phone proof of payment being faxed and email the line is still blocked. None of the customer care persons I spoke to told me that there was an outstanding amount until last night, 14/01/2014. They got different stories each time. I didn't received my statement via email. I also did phone Cell C and change my banking account after I paid the EFT. (My bank account was Cloned) This morning, 15/01/2013, I requested my statement via email and asked the person if my bank account has been change from Cheque account to Saving account and he said NO!!! HOW MANY TIMES MUST ONE PHONE CELL C TO GET THINGS DONE? THEIR SERVICE ARE BEYOND PATHETIC AND THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR CUSTOMER CARE ARE INCOMPETENT TO TO THEIR JOBS!!!
