Well thank you Samsung and MTN for a complete waste of time, had my Note 3 set up by staff at the Glen last week, besides they dropped it, it does not receive emails like my Note 1.
So phone and confirm that the Samsung tech is there from 09h00.
Get there and around 09h30 Samsung tech still not there, staff say wait till 11h00 and he will be here despite that he should have been in by 09h00.
Ask MTN to find out whets going on, MTN give me his number and tells me to phone him myself to find out whets going on.
Phone him and he says he is on his way.
So leave and get something to eat, see him arrive and gets shown where we sitting diagonally opposite MTN, he arrives and asks who do I think I am phoning him and why did I do so as his number is not for public, not a offer to assist or apologise for being a hour and a half late, so I walked away before I adjusted his attitude.

So how you going to sort this out and no I am not doing a 150km round trip to rectify this.
Which one of the two is going to take responsibility?
