Forced to damage my own items

Electronics and household app.

I bought a Galaxy Note 10.1, two weeks ago. The sales representative told me to use a micro sim card in it, as he saw that I have a S4 Galaxy, and said that I can use the sim and memory card from phone.

Not being a tech fundi I went on the instructions of the Samsung Representative and the micro sim card fell in the slot.

As my father works overseas I need to be able to use my phone, and as this was after all shops had closed, it was impossible to take the note 10.1 in and then still need to find out how long it would take after following instructions from Samsung.

This has caused damage to my note 10.1 as there are no tools given to remove the back panel, and the sim card holder is also damaged as I first tried to use a pin to remove the micro sim card, so that I would not have needed to strip the note 10.1.

This is really an unpleasing event that has occured and I am thoroughly upset with this, as all of this only happened due to me following instructions from a Samsung store. I feel that it is unfair and completely irresponsible of the Samsung sales person that informed me on this, to not have a decent product myself, for my photography.
