Stylis, next phone a Apple

Why did I not go APPLE.
Loose my stylis for my Galaxy note, try call SAMSUNG on the number 011 on GOOGLE, does not work. Get the SAMSUNG store number, call and get told no stock, you must call SAMSUNG on 08607267864 and they will assist.
Call that number, get told no stock, you must go to the brand store. Explain they dont have it.
Ask for supervisor, get told sorry he is on lunch.
So lets rewind... and fast forward.
"Hi what phone do you want,? ". Last answer was a Galaxy Note. When I renew it will be a Apple.
Why? Because then I can walk int many of their stores and simply get a stylis, as well as any technical advice as last time I went to the only SAMSUNG store which is a round trip of 130km I get told, sorry the man who knows the note is not in today, ...
So now how do I get this, is BID OR BUY your backup department?
