April 2013 buy washing machine from game. july 2013 washing machine is broken. Call my closest repair centre (no longer exists), call the second closest (liptronics) they tell me to contact call centre. Paperwork with my washing machine clearly wrong.
Call callcentre thursday and told 24 hr response time. Monday phone cc and say? Agent arranges an appointment with at liptronics for whenever they feel like showing up on tuesday. Tuesday 4pm email liptronics, no call? Get call from tasneem who says tech is 30min away. I say i have a job. Tasneem says oh well. Then we arrange 8.30am tech to come to me.
Tech arrives no tools. tech leaves, returns and readjusts feet. Washing machine still broken (drum problem). Liptronics useless, samsung useless. manger at samsung (Rebecca) super useless. fire her.
I then have to phone game. They sort out problem. apparently liptronics lazy tech ordered parts and about it being fixed.
Was this not samsung's job to resolve problem?
