Samsung Note 3 has serious problems

I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on upgrade. I upgraded on the 4th and did not use the phone until the 10th of October. On the 16th of October my phone stopped receiving or making calls. On the 17th i drove from vanderbijl to take the phone to the Samsung walk in center as my phone is my business without it i cant do any work. for 2 days they have been struggling to rewrite the IMEI on my phone and apparently it cant be done. I have been told that there are other Note 3s with exactly the same problem as mine. Now they don't want to give me a new phone because its over the 7 day period (only if you take it from when upgraded not used it). They tell me to swop out this phone will take 5 weeks. In that time i wonder who will pay for my inconvenience and loss of income. i called Bradley Chetty's office regarding this situation and asked him to call me regarding this problem and have got no response so clearly SAMSUNG DONT CARE, in fact they dropped switchboard on me 2x, must be home time. Very bad service and a serious problem for a company of this magnitude. For a company that is voted no.1 in the world its a miracle they got there with this attitude.
