I work for a VIP of the foreign office who was given by Samsung a Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 as a gift. I was asked to set up the Note so that he could use it in his office. After a week the Note would not turn on so I took it to Samsung at Fourways Crossing who also struggled with the Note. They said that they had been able to only give me Level 1 support and Level 2/3 was available at Samsung Bryanston. The directions given landed me at head office who were totally disinterested and told me to hop along to Sandton. The attitude of Brad was that I was a nuisance sent to the wrong place and the person who had tried to help me should be disciplined - some customer service! He grudgingly took the Note to "pass along to someone" but left me with no documentation and a feeling that buying Samsung products is a waste of time as there is no customer service relationship at all.
