Samsung Does Not Deliver

So, I've finally given up on trying to deal with empty promises. I bought a Samsung 46" tv on 25-11-2013. I've been having issues with this tv and have been trying to get this sorted. I contacted Samsung 08-01-2014 to get a technician to come and repair the unit at my place as I am not willing to let my tv go in for repairs. Samsung promised that a tech would contact me within 48hrs. A week later I had to call them. Again, they promise a callback. Another week went by when I called to get a resolution and still nothing. I called on 08 & 16-01-2014 and again on 03-02-2014 and today. Between the 16th and the 3rd I sent them an e-mail stating my disgust. A tech came out 10-01-2014. He explains that he needs to order parts and it could take a while and I should take it up with Dion Wired which I did. Same story here as all they do is promise callbacks and give attitude. Samsung was sent proof of purchase and tech reports twice. I am still sitting with a damaged tv and this is where it ends. I'm taking the matter further. I am disgusted with Samsung and Dion Wired's disregard for customer service & satisfaction.
