I discovered that my internal wifi module had stopped working on my 51" Samsung TV. I reported the problem to Samsung Gateway who said that they would send out a technician to sort it out, that is where the good service ran out and quickly went down hill from there, Here are the problems experienced. 20/12 receive phone call, tech to arrive on 21/12, he does not arrive. 23/12 tech arrives unexpected he does not even look at the TV he just tells me he will order a new module, why didn't you just order a new module days earlier and bring it with? 27/12 receive another phone call, tech to arrive with new module on 28/12, great. Tech does not show up, instead receive a phone call this time from Samsung head office to enquire about their service and how the TV repair had gone, I asked what TV repair? It has not been fixed yet. 30/12 the tech arrives once again unexpected, this time I am away in the Berg, I complained and filled him in on the poor service, he promised to arrive 2/01/14. 2nd goes by, 3rd goes by, no show. Receive phone call to say tech to arrive 4/01, now I'm angry, they promise he will arrive, It is now the 5th of Jan. Dear Samsung when will the Tech arrive to fix my TV?
