I have recently cancelled my cellphone contract but was then convinced by a very helpfull gentkeman to stay with Vodacom (14-11-2013), offering me a very goid deal, wich I accepted and now regret it. During the telephonic upgrade, a call that is recorded, I specifically said I wanted a white S3mini. The gentlemen confirmed the colour and said to expect delivery within 3 working days.
RAM couriers delivered my S3mini after 3 working days (18-11-2013). A blue not a white phone.
I immediatly contacted Vodacom. I eventually spoke to a manager (who's name I never wrote down, he said he would speed the process up. Which he never did. According to Vodacom RAM will puck my phone up within 7 working days, send it to the warehouse and then another 4-7 days for delivery of new correct phone.
I personally do not think this is customar service at all.
Why did delivery of phone take 3 days but now I'm looking at 10-12 working days
Surely any good customer service company will make an effort to go the ectra mile for a mistake they made.
Highly dissapointed
