Second phone and still the same problem

This phone of mine is really frustrating me to the max. My Blackberry Z10 was given in at Paarl mall MTN and after 'n really long time and allot of call logging they took my phone and send it back, it had the same problem and eventually they gave me a new phone, but after a bit more then a month my phone is still doning the same. Switching of a few times a day and freezing. Please can anybody help me. I just would like to switch contracts of get another model, cause this Z10 is really. Regards
