Worst after sales service ever!!!

After doing an upgrade (was done on the 17th of July) on my vodacom contract i was told it would be 5 to 7 working days and my new laptop will be delivered. No problem very exited i waited my 7 working days. I then gave vodacom a call on the 8 day as my upgrade hasn't been delivered yet, i was tolled that the couriers send it back as the delivery address was not good enough, after which vodacom updated my details and said it would be re-dispatched. I waited another couple of days, and phoned again to find out what the progress was only to find out that nobody actually knew what was going on. I ended up jumping between vodacom, rewards co and RAM couriers for about an hour where no body could actually confirm to me what was going on, none the less i was ensured that my re-order has been done and had to wait another 5-7 working days. Its been almost a month now and im still waiting after my case has been escalated 2 or 3 times but still now laptop. I will almost be willing to handle all of this if i had gotten regular feed back on what was going on but i had phone and sit in the queue for 20 mins every time i wanted some info. I'm very disappointed, for what its worth...
