Vodacom No Samsung S4 Delivery For 2 weeks

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy S4 on the Vodacom Online store so I could get the special for 500MB extra. The site said next day delivery. That was 2 weeks ago. They phoned me 4 days after my delivery saying they are out of stock and that I will only get it the within 4 working days. After 4 working days I phoned and they had only just got stock so I had to wait another 4 days. I phoned today after another 4 days and now they are out of stock again. It's ridiculous. My mother ordered the same deal (but a white one) the day before mine and she got it in two days of purchase.
