Despicable Service from Vodacom

There is absolutely no interest in resolving the queries of charges on our business account.
1. We have been billed for cell phone numbers that are not part of our account and no credits have been received. This is completely.
2. We requested for services to be disabled in March which was done and we are still waiting for credits.
3. Certain of our contracts are changed to different packages even though no request was sent to do so and despite several requests to revert the packages back, this has still not been done.
4. Charges are put through our account on several contracts and there is no explanation for this and there was never a request from our side that could validate these charges.
5. Vodacom owe us in the region of R40, 000-00 and counting due to the mismanagement of our account and absolutely NOTHING is being done to resolve it despite several requests to do so.
6. We never received our statements and invoices for over eight months despite this being a requirement by law but they got their money every month via debit order.

I am totally disgusted by the complete lack of regard from Vodacom Service Provider Company for their customers.
