Faulty Iphone 4s - NO NEWS ON MY PHONE YET???

I refer to my post on 05 Nov. The brand new 3 day old Iphone 4s was sent for repairs, it came back and it was tested in store before I had it - still faulty. So it was returned again with a promise of a new phone. NO PHONE. NO ONE CAN HELP ME WITH INFO. then it is on the way then it is not on the way. I think apple will be very happy to know you are not flying the flag high for their product. Please keep in mind that I only had this phone from 26 Oct and took it back to my Cell C shop 29 October to be send back and now I am on 19 November with no phone!
