What a greatest worst service from vodacom

Hi there, i have been struggling with issue starts from smartcom who managed to resolve partial and then came up saying it was a mistake we will correct from vodacom side being business partner of vodacom. It has been more than two months or close to two months i havent received any final decesion from vodacom, since long time i had a great feeling about vodacom and now i can say the vodacom is the worst service provider in the country at the moment, i have 4 contracts with vodacom and they not even in situation of sorting out my issue dont understand why the very bad service they are giving to the customers these days... no wonder why they losing more than 2 million customers in a year time, you have to look at your service before looking at the stats of losing numbers. provide extensive support to customer and then see why people go away from you... the poorest and cheapest service from you guys i received pity on you vodacom, for the time that you wasted with me is more than the value of my contract and i will not entertain any more new contracts once i complete my 24 months with you and i will make sure to inform to my family and friends that dont take vodacom contract.
