2 months and still no feedback!

I contacted Vodacom call centre on 04 Nov and 05 Nov and requested to port with my number from my previous service provider, Autopage to Vodacom directly. I setteled my account with Autopage on 05 Nov in order to get an immediate port to Vodacom. To date the port still has not been resoved by Vodacom. Autopage has confirmed that everything was in order on their side and they're awaiting Vodacom to accept the port. I am therefore still incurring charges with Autopage cellular & have received another bill from them.

Vodacom has subsequently deducted TWO installments from my bank account and issued me with a NEW cell number??? WHY??? I wanted to port not have a new cell number!!! NO one can advise the progress of the port, and no one can give me feedback on paying back the money which was deducted.

I have spoken to over 10 people and everyone promises that someone will phone me back... to date nothing has been resolved. I'm incurring DOUBLE charges at the moment and are receiving NO CUSTOMER service... this is absolutely rediculous and a disgrace. Everyone keeps giving me different answers and oh, they'll ask for someone to phone me... STILL WAITING...
