No Delivery Of Product After 15 days

I upgraded a contract with MTN Clearwater mall, which had a Samsung LED TV with it, I was told that the TV will be delivered within 14 days but still nothing has happened and today is the 16th working day, there is no sign of this happening, I cannot get hold of anyone at MTN as the customer care doesnt even care, this is the only way to get MTNs attention!!!

HIGHLY ANNOYING!
