No joy from Aotopage Clearwater Mall

I ordered a white Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 from Autopage Clearwater store about two to three weeks ago for my wife's birthday. I was informed that there is no stock, but that they will get me one on two to three working days. I have since been following up after every three working days and the staff that takes your call tells you that they have not received stock yet and will get back to you once they have investigated, but they never do. Yesterday after almost three weeks one of the staff members calls me to let me know that the tablet is there and when my wife went to pick it up it was the black one and not white as we requested. I called teh store and they told me that I will have to wait for another delivery which should be in by Friday, but could not give me a reference number for my call because they do not have a system like that.

Can someone in Autopage with Authority please give instruction to there staff to take care of the customers, because currently I feel that they don't care about us at all, and also train them to make notes when they promise to get back to them which can avoid a whole lot of customers becoming Irate.
