Cancel Contract

On the 13-12-2013 I received a call from a consultant name Jaime and was offered a Samsung Galaxy S4 contract and promised that the phone would be delivered within 7 -10 working days. Today the 22-01-2014 a delivery guy came to my office (without any forewarning) with a S4 mini of which I did not sign for and had to send him away. Please cancel my contract as it took too long for delivery and still the wrong product was delivered. I would not like to do business with a company. Kindly note that I have not opened the package as I may not be held liable if tampered with.
