I was contacted for what was indicated to me as an upgrade on my contract. Several times I asked the agent if this was on my 084 number as I have another 083 contract which is coming up for renewal and must be cancelled. I was therefore concerned the 083 contract not be upgraded. This was clarified and the better minutes to my contract explained. When the phone was delivered and finally activated, I discovered this wasn't an ugrade but a NEW contract. Already having two contracts, a third was not an option for me.

I contacted Autopage and was advised I had to call Head Office, Customer Care. I did this and was told an independant company dealt with the sale. After this company listened to the recordings they collected the phone and agreed to cancel the contract.

Two days later, my contract that I've had for 10 years (084) stopped working. I called the next day and was told the contract was cancelled. cancelled the wrong contract!

I've been trying for 4 days (told it takes 24 hours to reactivate) to get my phone working again. I have tried to contact the MD and CC Manager but keep getting put through to Customer Care who are not solving my problem.
