I entered into a contract with Groupon SA which stated that I would pay the purchase amount for a Kindle delivery would take place within 7 working days of expiry of the offer. I bought the item on 6 November. I telephoned Groupon on 9 November to track my order was told to be patient as the contract indicated that it would be delivered within 7 working days i.e.by 15 November. Item was due for delivery on Thursday 14 November. It wasn't delivered. I contacted Groupon was informed by the customer care consultant that my item had not even been shipped that it would happen on Monday 18 November. Please note: I contacted Groupon - they did not contact me to inform me that they could not comply with their side of the contract. Monday 18 November: contacted Groupon was told that the item had not been shipped I would receive an email by close of business indicating when it would be delivered. I did not receive anything from Zimbini (customer care consultant). Tuesday 19 November: contacted Groupon, only to be told by Hanefa (customer care consultant) that Groupon was having a problem with the supplier that a bulk email would be sent. I'm disgusted at this level of service.
