I have never had such dissatisfaction with any service provider as I've had with Vodacom.

The cancellation department especially is the most incompetent bunch of people I've ever dealt with.

I phoned from 0769070925, the first time I was transferred twice and then the cancellation consultant took the call but ignored me.

The second call again, answered and I could hear the person in the background but no one spoke and the eventually put the phone down in my ear!

You donkey!!!
