Call limit set up with notifications!! EPIC FAIL!!

We have 4 data contracts between retreat centre & ourselves. We had a group checking in to do a live stream (USA time), so we had to provide the data connection for live stream & whatever goes with that... on Thurs i contacted Vodacom to set up the call limit notifications - as we are using a Huywaei modem & cant get a balance of the data as they are busy with live streaming starting usually 8pm to 5am the next morning & dontt want to be caught off-guard with data running out! sooo... we were sent disclaimers confirming notifications will be sent 70%, 90% & all used up data so that we can call in & purchase data bundles... EPIC FAIL! as it worked out... 2am the group co-ordinator contacts me angirly.. to say that the modem connection stop & there's a message to say load airtime... I WAS LIVID TO SAY THE LEAST!! no notifications were sent to the main number registered as agreed & then to load data bundles was another story of about 1hour delay & the group missing out on vital information, which was not repeated AT ALL!! when we called the customer care to purchase a bundle, i was told that this account is on a top-up & i have to go to a shop to buy airtime!! 2am, on a farm, NO HELP
