I would like to give notice of cancellation of my contracts with Vodacom. First i have to phone 20 times to reach the cancellation departement - the phone 111 to put me through. Eventually when the lady answers i can not hear her because of the party going on in the back. When i start to explain my situation the ladies just decides to put me on hold and rate her service!!! SERVICE FOR WHAT?!?!?!
