I am no longer a customer of Vodacom due to their high tariffs and pathetic service. I even paid for a premature contract cancellation as I simply had enough of being transferred to the one incompetent agent and department to the next. However, even though I paid my premature contract cancellation Vodacom is still debiting my account after three months. I have had it! STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!! When you phone Vodacom it seems that not one department can assist you which means you get transferred only to explain the same thing to another incompetent consultant time and time again with no resolution. Can I kindly ask of Vodacom to please pay my money back into my account which they incorrectly debited? PS - My entire family will not be renewing contracts with Vodacom... Well done!!! Worst service I have received yet in the republic!
