I transferred my telephone line as well as my adsl line and adsl subscription to somebody else in March last year. I have then been billed after that for April May an June. I requested numerous times that this be corected and to be credited as I have cancelled everything in march and paid my last account in April. A dispute was logged which was later rejected with no reason. I have now logged another dispute I was told to phone back today 15/11 and guess what not resolved yet they have a back log. Now I want to install a new telephone line in my new place but I can't do that until they sorted out my old bill. Now I ask you how can you not sort out a query in 8 months? This is really unacceptable!
