We have a pre-paid Telkom phone.
We applied for an additional adsl line and specific said we want to keep the lines separate.
To avoid any confusion the pre-paid line is in my name and the adsl in my husbands name.
On 27 Nov 2013 Telkom installed the adsl line and at the same time cut the pre-paid line.
After complaining for numerous times, Telkom has sent out a technition on 12 December 2013, who told us that they need to install a new line as they cut off the existing line. They said they would call on 13/12/2013. However since then Telkom did not come out to fix / install the line.
Nobody care and is prepared to take ownership.

The only response received is that they (call center 10210) don't know when the query will be attended t to this I have my mom staying with us and she cannot phone in case of emergency as the phone is not working
Please help me to get this sorted out
I have also logged a complain on their web-side with no response.
