Bad service- again

In March I gave notice of cancellation of my data service through Telkom (30 days notice, I might add). Three days later, our ADSL AND data service were cancelled. This problem was rectified a WEEK later. Furthermore, I was billed for April charges and not given a credit for the period my internet was not working. At the beginning of April I started using services through my new data provider. At the end of April, I received a statement billing me for April (again) and May- for data services that were supposed to have been cancelled. I paid for the line rental and ADSL and contacted Telkom about the problem. They were supposed to phone me back. Telkom? Phone back? At the end of May my telephone service has been disconnected for non-payment of charges that have been billed and double-billed to me. So, try and phone the call centre to try and talk to someone, ANYONE in a supervisory/managerial position. I would have more luck finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. After speaking to 5 people in 1.5 hours, I was assured the problem would be sorted and I would be contacted. It is now 2 days later and guess what? Nada, nothing, niks nie. Well done. Customer service at its worst.
