I had a problem with my data usage, and I called the Vodacom call centre and was told someone would contact me with 24 hours. Craig Julius called me today, explained what the issue was, and went the extra mile, and even took the time to explain a few technical issues to me, and advised me on data usage for my daughter's new phone. He gave me the impression he genuinely cared and was talking to me as person not just "another customer"
Well done Craig- you really made my day. You are an asset to your organisation!!!
