My Cell phone was blocked due to unusual high usage (Data) on the 13/6/2013. I called Vodacom spoke to Quinton from the data department he issued me with reference number S3-TS594-40RG and advised that he will send my query through for investigation. My phone prior to this incident went in for repairs and when it came back it was faulty and the internet interface was different and it started charging me for data usage when im supposed to be under BIS. My bill has never exceeded more than R1000 and now in June my bill is standing at over R5000. I was blocked off the Network for a week and a few days when Craig Cicero called to advise that they cannot find the reason why this happened and he committed that the reversal will be done in 3-4 Workings days on the 18/06/2013 for all data charges to date nothing has happened and no credit has been made to my account. Yesterday I called data support again and gave her the reference number she advised that she cannot advise what is going on or when the refund will occur, she advised she will "TRIGGER THEM" and they will call me yesterday and this also did not happen? This is socking service and. Really Disgusting service.
