Extremely Unprofesional Call Center Staff!!!

First of all (But also not the last)

I opened a Contract yesterday 13 November 2013 for a Samsung Note 3 which i also applied for Insurance yesterday ..

The person on the other side at the call centre were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL...
First of all he asked me information which i gladly provided to him and then he gets the information wrong and keeps asking me to repeat it which i feel is HIGHLY UNPROFFESIONAL your attension should be 100 % by your work while busy collecting information from a customer I had to spell everything out for him to understand .. Only the price were provided which ill pay monthly and no information such as how much the phone is insured for nothing like that were discussed with me

Then i were told that i will recieve the documentation to go through the details which he told me will be emailed to me in a few minute which i am STILL waiting for...
So now id like to know when will i recieve this Documentation

I really feel like CANCELING EVERYTHING service (CANT EVEN CALL THIS SERVICE) like this is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL from CELL C .!!!
