CLAIM REJECTED COZ OF A PRE-PAID MTN CARD

I TOOK AN INSURANCE COVER WITH MTN ON THE 21/11/2011 FOR A BLACKBERRY, NEVER MISSED A SIGNLE PAYMENT ON MY PREMIUMS. 18 MONTHS LATER I TOOK AN UPGARDE AND LEFT THE BLACKBERRY ON COVER, I CALLED MTN AND INFORMED THAT I WILL KEEP THE PHONE INSURED BUT NEVER TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED, THEY STILL TOOK PREMIUMS. NOW THAT I HAVE A CLAIM THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM BECAUSE I USED AN MTN PRE-PAID SIM CARD WITHOUT TELLING THEM SO THEREFORE MY CLAIM WOULD NOT BE PAID OUT, 8 MONTHS OF COLLECTING PREMIUMS AND TO BE TOLD THAT CLAIM WILL NOT BE PAID OUT AND NO REFUND BECAUSE I DID NOT CALL TO INFORM THEM THAT I WILL BE USING A PRE-PAID CARD, IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO GET TO THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS??? HOW CAN I REMEMBER WHAT THE SCHEDULES SAYS 2 YEARS AFTER INCEPTING THE POLICY? 2011/11 TO 2013/11 IS TOO LONG TO KNOW ALL ABOUT YOUR POLICY... MTN REALY DISAPPOINTED ME, YOU TAKE THE CAKE GUYS...
