7 months later and still no reply from insurance

I submitted an insurance claim in August 2012 and Rob Moses was the assistant who handled my claim. To date, Budget insurance has not replied and told me what happened to the claim when I paid them my premiums on time every month and did not misrepresent any information. Every time I called to follow up on whether the claim was being processed I never got a clear response. To this day I don't know what they did with the claim and I ended up canceling the policy, including my household cover. My car still has not been repaired. I have been driving for almost 15 years with insurance cover all those years and have never ever had such treatment from any insurance company. Every claim I have ever submitted to any insurance company was always honoured within days of submission without any issue or unreasonable delay.
