Idiculous rate increase & lack of proffesionalism

Once again Alexander Forbes Insurance has done it again. Another premium change without notification.

I am beyond disappointed with these ridiculous adjustments which are becoming even more so expensive. My policy which began in 05/2011 and started at R844.40 and has just been increasing ever since, this month passed my deduction from Alexander Forbes was R1376.78.

Not even 2 years into my Policy my premiums have increased by 61.3%. Is this Normal? is it even allowed?

The 2 claims that were made on my policy, are also of no fault of my own, the first incident was in 2011 where someone reversed into me and i paid the price. and Alexander forbes is yet to respond with regards to reimbursement to this claim.

the 2nd claim was after the hail damage that hit Gauteng, where hundreds if not thousands of people had their vehicles damaged.

and how is it my premiums change with no notification?

How is it my premiums are so ridiculous? can someone explain this to me?
