I lost my phone on the 01.08.2013 and I followed the correct process of making a claim, but then 24Hour Mobility rejected my claim because of different Sim card usage, I bought the phone at MTN but I was a Vodacom Sim car, I was however using the MTN Sim now and again. so they rejected my claim because of that and they told me that my policy has been closed but there's still a premium due to go of because of the Day notice period. What I don't understand is why they still taking my money if the policy is closed and they cant explain to me whether it was the phone or Sim card that was insured, and I'd like them to refund back my premiums if they cant give me a new phone.
