8ta business Wi-Fi out of order since October!

I have been waiting for an 8ta technician to fix my Wi-Fi with no luck so far. It's been out of order since October and I'm getting very frustrated. Phoning a few times during a single hour (when there was a crisis) and giving up does not count as completing a case.
