Disappointing/Disorganised service

Telkom can be so disappointing really. I had my line installed on 14 October, phone line called and received calls and dsl (wi-fi) worked perfectly for a week. Then on 23 October I lose connectivity, I call Telkom and was advised that MY number has been allocated to someone else, and that my order was cancelled after it was successfully installed and working. Why, no one could tell me.
After spending an hour between faults dept and service dept I was finally told a new order would be logged for a technician to come through and reactivate the line a week later, and a new number would be allocated. Now I must run around again and tell everyone that I have a new number, AGAIN!
VERY VERY disappointed with Telkom, I'm going into this relationship sceptical and weary!
