Telephone out of order since 23.09.13

Telephonestill in working order morning of 23.09.13. Out of order afternoon of 23.09.13. As 24.09.13 was a public holiday I could not report the telephone out of order. Reported the telephone out of order on 25.09.13 and received a reference number 191CRZ250913. When reporting the telephone out of order I specifically said that there is no one home during the week. That was not a problem according to the call centre person. Technicians work on Saturday and Sundays and they will make a note of that. Received a call from a technician on 26.09.13 asking me whether my phone was working, did not give a name or telephone number. had a call from another technician on 2 October saying he would be at my house on Saturday morning 08:00 on 5 October to attend to the problem. Received a call from a technician on 3 October 2013 (Thursday) and said he was attending to the matter and was going to check the wiring at the pole. I told him there was no one home but he insisted to fix the problem at the pole. Later on Thursfay 3 October 2013 received an sms advising me that the telephone has been repaired. Had another run in with Telkom today. Phone still out. Saga continues
