NO SERVICE ON MY ORDER

I phoned Telkom in October (Late October) to place an order for a new line to be installed in my apartment. The 1st call was a success, the consultant was very helpful the order for my new line was a breeze. Since that phone call, I have had NO update on my order and every time I call to see what the issue is, the only response I get is, "There is a problem, our technicians are looking into it" - I am never allowed to speak with anyone else but the consultant.
It has been close to 3 working weeks now and my Order still does not show up on their "Order" page on the website.
I'm new to Telkom and I already HATE them! Hopefully I have a Telkom line before 2016.
