LANDLINE OUT OF ORDER FROM 18TH SEPTEMBER

I cannot believe that this is going on so long. This is now totally ridiculous. What must we do? Besides the numerous calls made from our side we have also received several messages from Telkom giving us dates as to when the problem would be resolved. First message received said 17th October, 2nd message said 31st October and final message said 6th November. Still no luck. We need to take this further. I have now run out of patience. I cannot believe the bad service we are getting from Telkom. In actual fact I work for a very large company and have decided to tell our branches that want to open accounts with telkom to think again. Telkom have replaced their pole. All that is left to do is just to connect their wires. I ask you what is so difficult???
