Technician keeps passing the buck

Telkom have a bad reputation for been terrible & giving terrible service. This time they have out done themselves. compliments to the call center who every time has logged a complain in no time. However the technician is no so helpful. He was at out offices 3 times this week and keeps saying his waiting for head office to go ahead. Telkom have been to our office few times before and i have never heard this excuse. Im frustrated as for 5 days i have no telephone lines, and my business thrives on incoming landline calls. my lines are advertised. They have gone so bad that now when i log a fault, the technician says the fault has been restored before even comiung to the showroom (that happened this morning). I have log the fault 4 times this week, with the technician been here 3 time, and i still dont have any lines. Stop passing the buck and get the job done like other previous technicians who have been here before!!! The part that upsets me is that the technician says he can fix in 5 minutes, but need head office approvals, and the call cnetre says he doesn need approval. very disspointed customer, with no business for a weak!
