We toke out a contract with your company a few months ago and with the contract I gave my wife an I-Phone 5. We have logged numerous complaints about no reception at her work which is in Olive dale. She cannot send an SMS through your network, and have been promised a booster Ariel for some time now, as she runs her own business and cannot receive calls from her clients due to poor reception in the area. She was then offered free extra data bundle for the in convenience caused which I have been now charged for on my account. Due to the over charge on my account, my debit order bounced and now I have been told that my account will be suspended.

I really need someone to give us the booster Ariel as promised, I need the extra data bundle removed from my account. I will be making a payment for amount I should be charged for today, but need to resolve these issues for us. I enjoy using your network very much, but if I cannot resolution on these matters, will have to be forced to cancel my contracts with you and support another network provider. You will see the various complaints logged on your system as well as the people we spoke to
