Just PAY and you wont be frustrated

I sent through a request for a network problem to be fixed and it wasn't, I have 3 contracts with cell c 1 was not paid it was since cut off by their credit dept, the two that were paid one is the one in question the phone does not send sms since March of this year and the contract includes the service of 100 sms a month it has now stopped working completely. I called in to follow up because now I am without both phones as the one has been cut off and the other not working the 3rd contract is a modem. the consultant that helped me managed to suggest that all this trouble is caused by non payment she said if you pay the account you will not be frustrated and did not want to listen to anything I had to say, she did not want to update my email address for communication since I didn't have a phone and am on sick leave and not at work and the email address that they got wrong in the first place was the work address. The consultant was ready with inappropriate answers to every question I had, my final query is what do I do without a phone who compensates me for the loss since March because the charge was the same they didn't keep their end of the bargain why should I keep mine.
