CANCELLING CONTRACT DUE TO POOR SIGNAL

I am struggling with Mtn signal for a month now, I took my Mtn Data contract through Fnb on 13/03/2013 since the day i received my package i have not been able to enjoy it in the comfort of my house due to network reception which is atrociously bad (i stay in Ferndale, corner of Oxford & Long ave. I have made a quiet no of numerous calls to Mtn regarding my problem (recent call ref no - 99043626, Helper Patience) but they keep on yelling that there is a network booster 200m away from my house but that's showing stupidity at its best, so however they need a huge certain amount of money for termination of contract, Really? i don't care whether there's a booster or not my network reception is very bad. Why do i own the contract when i cant i use it at the comfort of my house. Please help me cancelling this contract i don't need it anymore unless if you can come to my house and fix this problem immediately. Its a disgrace that i can't get help now but before i got into an alliance with Mtn i was hardly reminded that Mtn is the best service provider but with this service i doubt, iam actually thinking of transfering all my lines to Vodacom hence i rarely see my brother crying!!
