VODACOM LACK OF NETWORK SIGNAL - POOR RESPONSE

In February 2013, a complaint was logged regarding the lack of signal for data and calls at our home in Florida. Our family have numerous contracts with Vodacom which could not be used over the past few years due to this lack of signal quality. On two occassions technicians did site visits and found no signal at our home. After hearing nothing for weeks, we've followed up on numerous occassions and were informed that a signal booster will be installed. Again nothing happened for weeks and we followed up via the call centre, as you can't contact the network dept. directly, only to be told that the booster is on order and will be installed as soon as stock is available. Again no feedback and we followed up two weeks ago to be told that we will now be offered compensation while the booster is still on order. Lena was supposed to come back to us regarding the decision on compensation and the expected date of the booster installation, but to date still no call from Vodacom yet again. Perhaps Vodacom does not need the R10000 a month which our household spends on contracts with them. VERY POOR FRUSTRATING SERVICE!
